These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Hype Air Net website and services. Hype Air Net is an independent service assistance platform that guides customers through their service options and facilitates connections with providers. By accessing our site or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

1. Service Agreement & Independence Statement

Hype Air Net is not a service provider. Hype Air Net provides guidance and assistance only. We are an independent third-party platform that helps customers understand service options and connect with providers. We do not provide, operate, or control any internet, cable, or streaming services.

All actual services are provided directly by third-party service providers under their independent terms and conditions. Hype Air Net acts as a facilitator only. Your relationship with the service provider is separate from your relationship with Hype Air Net.

2. Service Fees & Billing

Hype Air Net charges separate service fees for our guidance and facilitation services. These fees:

• Are clearly disclosed before engagement
• Are separate from and in addition to provider charges
• Are non-refundable once service assistance has been delivered (see Refund Policy for details)

Your service provider will continue to bill you independently for their services. Hype Air Net fees and provider bills are separate.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• ✔ Provide Accurate Information – Ensure all information provided during service inquiries is accurate and truthful.
• ✔ Understand Your Role – Acknowledge that you are contracting with AmLead for guidance only, not for service provision.
• ✔ Review Provider Terms – You will review and comply with the terms and conditions of any service provider you choose to engage with.
• ✔ Account Security – Never share provider account passwords, PINs, or security codes with Hype Air Net or anyone else.

4. No Provider Affiliation

Hype Air Net is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cable, internet, or streaming service provider. References to provider names are for informational purposes only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, or official status.

5. Service Termination

Hype Air Net reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to services if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Service termination by the provider is independent and governed by their terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hype Air Net is not liable for:

• Any failure, delay, or deficiency in service provided by third-party providers
• Loss of service, data, income, or business interruption caused by provider actions or network failures
• Inaccuracy of information or service availability estimates
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services

Our liability is limited to fees paid directly to Hype Air Net only.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests for Hype Air Net service fees may be submitted within 7 to 15 days of service purchase. Please see our Refund Policy page for complete eligibility requirements and procedures.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the USA, specifically Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.

9. Changes to Terms

Hype Air Net reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
